Dalren Limited was established in 1996 and since then has seen consistent, steady growth in both sales as well as project scopes. Our reputation was founded on our ability to meet tight project timelines and strict budgets.
Through our commitment to managing projects with a superior standard of quality and professionalism we have nurtured and maintained excellent working relationships with various municipalities, school boards, other government organizations and private corporations.
As a result of constructing projects all over the province of Ontario, we have developed an extensive list of hundreds of reputable and loyal subtrades that are that are always eager to go the extra mile when working with us.
Currently our team has grown to over 40 dedicated and skilled employees. With three full time project managers, two project co-ordinators, and six site supervisors we are able to ensure each project receives sufficient attention ensuring no detail is overlooked. In addition we have a full time health and safety representative dedicated to ensuring that all of our personnel, equipment and subcontractors are operating safely.
Recognizing the increased importance of health and safety within our industry, we employ a full time health and safety co-ordinator. Our safety co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring all of our policies and procedures are above industry standards and strictly followed on our sites for the duration of our projects. We conduct monthly internal safety audits of all of our job sites to continually ensure that our employees, subtrades and equipment are operating safely as well to continually improve and reinforce our safety culture.
Currently, we are working towards our COR (Certificate of Recognition) certification through the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association. We recognize this program as an important tool in driving positive workplace and behavior practices that lead to improved performance. We have developed an effective Health and Safety Manual as well as a health and safety committee and are always seeking new and innovative ways to increase the safety of our employees.
Safety training is an integral component to Dalren Limited’s operations. Many of our staff have been professionally trained in first aid, confined spaces, asbestos awareness, fall protection, and safe operation of equipment among many others. Quality control is paramount to Dalren Limited. We recognize that a great reputation is built on great quality, and our clients will attest to this. To ensure a quality product our Quality Control Manager visits each and every site prior to the commencement of a job, every week during construction, and again at the completion of each job. He will also visit the site on an as needed basis in cases of unexpected changes or emergencies. This process ensures that the work is being completed as per the specifications, as well as to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the work being performed.
