This building is approximately 5,700 square feet in size, with site servicing, grading and paving for a site of approximately 1 acre. The footings and foundation are extensive on this project as the building is located on a decommissioned quarry site. The foundation walls and footings are poured concrete with significant reinforcing steel, and the building is being constructed of a wood frame with prefinished metal siding and roofing. This building consists of 4 truck bays with trench drains located in the flooring, multiple office spaces, washrooms, change rooms, storage rooms and a training room.
