Harry J. Clarke School

This project involved a 9,000 square foot addition to an existing school with site work to approximately 1.5 acres of the existing school site. This addition has poured concrete footings and foundation walls, and is constructed above grade with masonry block walls, and finished with architectural brick and prefinished metal siding. The addition consists of 6 classrooms, 1 common room, 5 washrooms and a custodian closet. Interior finishes include millwork, VCT and ceramic tile flooring, window treatments and paint finishes. Site work consisted of asphalt paving, concrete curbs, sidewalks and ramps, new Stormceptor drains and catch basins, landscaping and fencing. This project was completed within a 6 month construction schedule.
