LCBO Pembroke

This project involved the construction of a 10,000 square foot LCBO base building and interior fit-up. The site work consisted of clearing and grubbing a vacant parcel of land, site services, grading, asphalt paving, site lighting and landscaping on approximately 2 acres of land. The building was constructed with a structural steel frame, masonry block walls, and an exterior masonry brick veneer. The interior building space consists of a large retail area, office space, washrooms, warehouse and a loading dock.
